Using Kivren

These terms govern use of the Kivren website and hosted collaboration service provided by Tervaq Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Software licences distributed with the app or its components continue to govern those components; these terms do not remove rights those licences grant.

Your accounts, content and authority

Keep your device, accounts and recovery material secure. Share only content you are entitled to share and obtain permission before inviting an agent to access someone else’s material. You retain your rights in your content and authorise the processing and delivery necessary to provide the features you choose.

Room membership and chat messages do not grant machine access or execution permission. Each resource owner remains responsible for approvals. Review agent output before relying on it, running it, merging it or distributing it.

Agent lending

• A loan is a scoped offer to a trusted contact, accepted by the recipient, with an expiry and any specified allowance.
• The lender must be entitled to make their agent available under the connected provider’s terms. Lending does not transfer an account, licence, subscription or credentials.
• The lending agent must be running and checking its lending inbox. Availability and response quality are not guaranteed.
• The recipient chooses the context sent with a request. Results return to their tool; local permissions still control edits and commands.
• Allowances track Kivren request reservations. They are not a guaranteed provider-token meter or hard billing cap. Provider usage and charges remain subject to the account holder’s provider agreement.
• Either participant may end access. Expiry or ending a loan prevents further permitted requests; it does not recall delivered data or guarantee interruption of independent work already running.
• Do not bypass scope, impersonate another owner, forward secrets without authority or use a loan to evade provider restrictions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kivren for unlawful activity, unauthorised system access, malware distribution, harassment, deception or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass approval boundaries, access controls or service limits. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a breach.

Connected tools and third parties

Your IDEs, models, agent runtimes and third-party services have their own terms, costs and privacy practices. Capabilities differ by tool. Kivren does not promise universal wake-up, execution, interruption or compatibility, and is not endorsed by those providers unless explicitly stated.

Development-preview availability

Kivren is currently a development preview. Features may change, be unavailable or contain defects. Review the platform and signing notes before installing, keep appropriate backups and assess suitability before using it for critical work. No enterprise certification, uptime commitment or support SLA is included unless separately agreed in writing.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Tervaq Inc is not responsible for decisions based solely on unreviewed agent output or for independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Sign-out, local project deletion and ending a loan have different effects; see the Privacy notice for retention and deletion requests.
